About TN - NIAX - Nashville Power Partners
NIAX Nashville Power Partners is Tennessee’s original virtual Network In Action group, first launched to serve relationship-driven professionals who value flexibility without sacrificing connection or accountability. In Summer 2025, the group transitioned to the NIAX model — Network In Action’s expanded platform designed to reward members not only for building relationships, but also for actively connecting others.
The NIAX model introduces revenue sharing, allowing members to earn commissions when referrals they pass result in new NIAX memberships. This creates an added layer of value and incentive while preserving the relationship-first foundation that Network In Action is known for. Members benefit from increased visibility, broader reach, and opportunities to monetize their connector mindset in a way that feels natural and aligned.
Meetings are professionally led and intentionally structured — no elevator pitches and no passive attendance. Each session features rotating small-group and one-to-one conversations to foster meaningful engagement and real business momentum. It’s the closest thing to face-to-face networking in a virtual environment.
Designed for busy professionals, remote teams, and frequent travelers, NIAX Nashville Power Partners allows members to join from anywhere while staying connected between meetings through integrated technology. This hybrid approach saves drive time for in-person one-to-ones and socials while maintaining strong, consistent relationships within the community.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Shannon launched the NIA franchise in Tennessee in 2021 and has been recognized annually for excellence in leadership, growth, and member engagement—including 2024 NIA Franchisee of the Year, 2023 NIA Franchise Brand Ambassador of the Year, and the 2022 NIA Top Gun Award. Shannon owns and operates four NIA groups across the Metropolitan Nashville area, serving 95 highly engaged members and growing. These professionally led communities are invite-only and intentionally curated for experienced, relationship-minded business owners and professionals who value collaboration, accountability, and long-term business growth. Known as a strategic connector and trusted advocate, Shannon goes beyond traditional networking. Her leadership focuses on building high-trust, high-engagement communities where members are supported, challenged, and meaningfully connected—without elevator pitches or transactional expectations.
