Member Standards Trust First

Members complete a background check and receive a business assessment before joining the group.

Better Referral Partners Start With Better Standards

At NIA, every member is required to complete a background check before being allowed to join a group. Many organizations have little or no criteria beyond payment and availability, but we believe your referral partners should be held to a higher standard.

In today’s business climate, trust matters more than ever. When you refer someone, you are putting your own reputation and relationship equity on the line. NIA’s process is designed to help members refer with greater confidence.

How NIA Helps Protect the Group

  • Members complete a background check before joining
  • Each member receives a business assessment
  • Professional leaders help identify opportunities for support
  • Members are introduced with trust, fit, and value in mind
Business Assessment

Helping Members Connect More Intentionally

In addition to agreeing to the background check, members receive a business assessment that helps them better understand their strengths, weaknesses, goals, and opportunities for growth.

This assessment is used by the Community Builder to help new members quickly recognize which members in the group may be able to help them right away.

These criteria help create a safer, stronger, and more intentional networking environment for members and the prospects they serve.
