Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Shannon launched the NIA franchise in Tennessee in 2021 and has been recognized annually for excellence in leadership, growth, and member engagement—including 2024 NIA Franchisee of the Year, 2023 NIA Franchise Brand Ambassador of the Year, and the 2022 NIA Top Gun Award.
