About me
After more than 30 years in client-facing roles across a wide range of industries, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how relationships drive business success.
My experience includes everything from hospitality and healthcare to technology, publishing, and film production. I’ve led operations, built strong teams, and spent much of my career in sales and client success—always focused on creating meaningful, long-term connections.
Today, I bring that experience into my role as a Strategic Business Coach and Community Builder with Network In Action, where I help business owners and professionals connect in a more intentional, strategic way. I’m honored to be an award-winning franchise owner each year, including: 2025 NIA Community Service Award; 2024 NIA Franchise of the Year; 2023 NIA Franchise Brand Ambassador of the Year; 2022 NIA Top Gun Award.
I grew up moving across the country as the daughter of a Marine Corps fighter pilot, which gave me a natural ability to connect quickly and build relationships. I’ve been in Nashville since 1993, married to my husband Ricky since 1995, and we’ve raised two amazing daughters. These days, we’re also enjoying life as grandparents to Benjamin and Jaxon. -
