Launched in 2021 as Tennessee's first Network In Action franchise, NIAX Music City is a professionally led, invitation-only community of experienced, growth-minded, relationship-driven business owners and professionals committed to building trusted relationships and growing together. Over five years, the group has developed strong friendships, meaningful connections, and consistent referral success rooted in collaboration and accountability.
NIAX Music City offers two membership options -- Exclusive single-seat, industry-protected membership for those who want maximum accountability and exclusivity, and Standard flexible membership for professionals who want to stay connected and grow on their own terms. With our unique revenue-sharing model, members are rewarded for the referrals they give -- NIAX handles all tracking, secure payouts, and 1099s. Meetings are agenda-driven with rotating small-group collaboration, creating space for real conversations, strategic partnerships, and measurable business growth. This is not casual networking -- it's a curated environment designed for Nashville's most respected professionals.

Shannon McGee is a multi-award-winning Strategic Business Coach and community builder and the owner of a multi-unit Network In Action (NIA) franchise operating under Music City Referral Network. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Shannon launched the NIA franchise in Tennessee in 2021 and has been recognized annually for excellence in leadership, growth, and member engagement—including 2024 NIA Franchisee of the Year, 2023 NIA Franchise Brand Ambassador of the Year, and the 2022 NIA Top Gun Award.
Shannon owns and operates four NIA groups across the Metropolitan Nashville area, serving 95 highly engaged members and growing. These professionally led communities are invite-only and intentionally curated for experienced, relationship-minded business owners and professionals who value collaboration, accountability, and long-term business growth.
Known as a strategic connector and trusted advocate, Shannon goes beyond traditional networking. Her leadership focuses on building high-trust, high-engagement communities where members are supported, challenged, and meaningfully connected—without elevator pitches or transactional expectations.
