Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I wanted to connect you with Lisa Sanders. She partners with busy leaders — entrepreneurs, coaches, and teams — who need someone to keep projects, operations, and client work moving. She’s thoughtful, sharp, and incredibly dependable — the kind of support you don’t have to manage.
I’ll let you both take it from here.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I love helping leaders stay focused on what they do best by taking care of the details that can pull them off track. Turning ideas into organized action is my sweet spot — building systems, managing operations, and keeping things moving forward. Supporting entrepreneurs, executive coaches, and EOS Implementers gives me the chance to make a real difference behind the scenes where the work truly gets done.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Do you have someone helping you manage all the moving parts of your business — calendar, projects, team follow-up, client operations — or are you doing it all yourself?
2. How are you handling the admin and operational side of your business as things keep growing?
3. Do you have the right support in place to keep things running smoothly when your focus needs to stay on clients, growth, and strategy?
Unique Selling Proposition
I partner with high-performing leaders who want more than administrative help — they want a trusted operator who can anticipate needs, manage complexity, and turn strategy into execution. With 25+ years supporting CEOs, entrepreneurs, and executive coaches, I bring the structure, judgment, and follow-through that free leaders to focus on growth, clients, and vision.
About me
I’ve spent over 25 years supporting entrepreneurs, executive coaches, and CEOs who are doing big things and need a steady partner to help make it all happen. I love working alongside leaders who have great ideas but need someone to organize, prioritize, and execute so their vision actually comes to life.
I’ve been called a “business Swiss Army knife” because I bring a mix of strategy, structure, and heart to everything I do — whether that’s managing operations, coordinating client work, or helping a team stay aligned and on track.
More than anything, I value genuine connections. The best part of my work is the relationships I’ve built — with clients, teams, and other professionals who share the same belief that good work starts with trust, collaboration, and follow-through.
I love travel, photography, and spending time with my family — especially when it involves exploring new places or relaxing somewhere peaceful. I’m happiest in quiet spaces with good coffee, a great view, or a project I can dive into. I also enjoy home projects and finding simple ways to make everyday life more organized and enjoyable.
