Launched in June 2021, NIA Music City is the flagship Network In Action group in Tennessee — and the first NIA franchise group in the state — setting the standard for relationship-driven business growth across the region. Reflecting how business is truly done in Middle Tennessee, this group draws members from six counties, creating a diverse and highly connected regional network.
This professionally led, invitation-only community brings together experienced, growth-minded, relationship-driven business owners and professionals committed to building trust, showing up consistently, and supporting one another's success. With single-seat industry-exclusive membership, agenda-driven meetings, and rotating small-group collaboration, NIA Music City fosters long-term strategic relationships that naturally lead to meaningful referrals and measurable business growth.
Members go far beyond surface-level networking. Many of Nashville's most respected professionals have built enduring partnerships within this community — across county lines and throughout the greater Nashville region.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Shannon launched the NIA franchise in Tennessee in 2021 and has been recognized annually for excellence in leadership, growth, and member engagement—including 2024 NIA Franchisee of the Year, 2023 NIA Franchise Brand Ambassador of the Year, and the 2022 NIA Top Gun Award. Shannon owns and operates four NIA groups across the Metropolitan Nashville area, serving 95 highly engaged members and growing. These professionally led communities are invite-only and intentionally curated for experienced, relationship-minded business owners and professionals who value collaboration, accountability, and long-term business growth. Known as a strategic connector and trusted advocate, Shannon goes beyond traditional networking.
