Life is about connection, and for over 20 years, I’ve helped professionals build meaningful relationships through business referral groups here in Utah. Why am I doing this? It’s simple. I want to live in a world where people genuinely help one another. When you love what you do, and someone else loves what they do, there’s often an opportunity to connect the right people and see what’s possible when relationships come first. In October 2025, I invested in a Network In Action Xperience (NIAX) franchise to create something truly different—a business referral community designed for deeper connection, intentional growth, and real results. Our core values are simple and intentional: Inclusion, Connection, Collaboration, Opportunity, and Growth. This community is already thriving, filled with professionals who are excited to build strong, authentic referral relationships and support one another’s success. We are intentionally building both a mixed professional group and an all-women’s professional group. We are committed to creating spaces where all professionals—and especially women—can be fully supported, seen, and empowered to grow their businesses.
