About TN - NIA Power Partners
The Network In Action Power Partners group is the first virtual NIA group in Tennessee. Designed for busy professionals and those that travel frequently who still want to build trusted referral partners and network with intention, efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability as a foundation of the group.
Our online networking is led a paid professional who will monitor members' activities and make sure everyone is participating. We are the closest thing to face-to-face networking in the online world! Come and chat with other businesspeople in small groups or in a one-to-one setting. Every meeting is different with no tired elevator pitches!
Network In Action offers great adaptability as the business world has moved to include hybrid networking options. With our NIA Power Partners virtual group, you can join the meeting from anywhere and save your drive-time for in-person one-to-ones and social events. Our technology is designed to keep you connected 24/7 with other members in the group. You can see reminders for our events, post regularly to stay front of mind and connect with other members seamlessly.
Meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 8:30a-10a CST via Zoom.

Shannon McGee is a strategic business consultant and owner of a thriving multi-unit NIA franchise - Music City Referral Network— based in Nashville, TN with members all over the US. With a dynamic upbringing as the daughter of a career Marine Corps fighter pilot, Shannon's early life was shaped by relocations across the United States, fostering in her a deep appreciation for individuals and their unique strengths and differences. Over three decades, Shannon has excelled in diverse client-centric sectors: from hospitality, film and TV production, publishing, and technology to healthcare and call centers. Her remarkable adaptability shines through accomplishments spanning operations, sales, leadership, and building exceptional client success teams. This diverse background has refined her into an industry-agnostic, operationally adept, and multi-disciplinary business expert. As a natural relationship builder, Shannon thrives on connecting people and helping them succeed.
