About me
I am originally from El Paso, Texas. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Communications from St. Mary's University in San Antonio in 1984. I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987. I am licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado. I have been practicing law since 1989. I have been a musician and singer most of my life. I began learning how to play the guitar when I was 7 years old. I have played guitar and sang in various rock bands throughout my life. I currently play guitar and sing in three bands - Top Shelf Band, Nowhere But Up, and The Living Stones. I also own a full service entertainment company - AmericaStar Entertainment. I am married to my beautiful wife and best friend Helen Maldonado and we have two beautiful, amazing daughters. -
