What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Our “why” is deeply personal. I grew up helping my father with the same daily activities of living, bathing, dressing, meals, companionship that we now provide to our residents at Providence Assisted Living Solutions. Those early experiences taught me patience, empathy, and the value of preserving dignity through care.
Emelda, my wife, grew up supporting her elderly grandmother who lived with dementia. She witnessed firsthand how compassionate attention and a familiar environment can make all the difference in quality of life.
Together, these experiences shaped our purpose: to create a home where seniors are not just cared for, but cherished where every act of service honors the love and lessons our own families passed down to us -

Beyond operations, Jude mentors aspiring assisted living owners and advocate for better elder-care standards the U.S. Helping families transition their loved ones with grace and dignity is not just our work, it’s my calling. -
