I am driven by two passions in life - a love for history and a knack for fixing things. Combining these two interests in the business world allows me to immerse myself in learning about different industries, identifying any technological pain points, and providing the perfect solution. The ultimate reward for me is when a client tells me, "I am so glad we called you." This kind of feedback motivates me to tackle the next project with the same enthusiasm, always striving for that same positive response. -

With my extensive 25-year background in telecommunications and Information Technology, coupled with my expertise in operations and customer service, my role focuses more on finding solutions rather than being driven by sales. -
