What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Through my experience, I’ve learned that when you take care of people first, the business follows. I believe too much of the world has gotten away from true service, and I’ve built my approach around being the opposite of that. I try to lead with honesty, knowledge, and a genuine desire to serve. Being a servant leader and putting relationships before transactions has not only shaped how I do business, but has also been a big reason for the success I’ve had.
