I would love to connect you with Ranchelle. Ranchells is the owner of the Network In Action Red Deer Franchise as well as a business coach and consultant. Regardless of which company she represents, her focus is on entrepreneurship and business growth. Ranchelle was the first woman in Canada to purchase Curves For Women in 2000 and is now the first Franchisee in Canada with an NIA Franchise. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
When most of my friends were playing teacher or nurse, I was playing business owner. I knew early on I would build and lead companies.
After owning multiple Curves franchises, I saw a pattern. Many business owners were working hard, but they weren’t actually treating their business like a business. They were focused on one piece, usually getting more clients, while the rest of the foundation was missing.
When I moved into coaching and consulting, it was grounded in real experience. I had already seen what works and what doesn’t.
What drives me now is building businesses that are structured to work and helping other owners stop piecing things together so their effort finally produces consistent results.
At the core of every business I build, and every one I support, are relationships, connections, and community. That is where real growth happens. -

She is the Franchise Owner of Network In Action Red Deer, where she leads a growing community of business owners, and the owner of The DripBar Red Deer, opening in December 2026.
Ranchelle is also the Founder of The Empowered Entrepreneur Magazine, a platform created to elevate entrepreneurs and thought leaders.
As one of the first women to own a Curves for Women franchise, she has built and scaled multiple businesses and is recognized for her ability to quickly identify what’s missing in a business and bring it back into alignment.
