Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Founder & CEO, Van Bryce Enterprises.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
When most of my friends were playing teacher or nurse, I was playing business owner. I knew early on I would build and lead companies.
After owning multiple Curves franchises, I saw a pattern. Many business owners were working hard, but they weren’t actually treating their business like a business. They were focused on one piece, usually getting more clients, while the rest of the foundation was missing.
When I moved into coaching and consulting, it was grounded in real experience. I had already seen what works and what doesn’t.
What drives me now is building businesses that are structured to work and helping other owners stop piecing things together so their effort finally produces consistent results.
At the core of every business I build, and every one I support, are relationships, connections, and community. That is where real growth happens.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Are you struggling with finding more clients or customers?
2. Have you hired other coaches or consultants but didn't have the results that you wanted?
3. Are you spending more time at work and less time with your family then what you want to.
Unique Selling Proposition
We help entrepreneurs build businesses that support the life they had in mind when they decided to own a business.
Most companies are only focused on one or two aspects of a strong business, usually attracting new clients. The problem is, if the business isn’t built properly, more clients won’t support the business in the way the owner expects. They usually make it worse.
We focus on the many layers involved in building a business that is sustainable, the parts most people overlook or piece together over time.
Because at some point, your business should support the life you built it for in the first place, not take away from it.
