After years of working in one of the most high-pressure environments imaginable, I realized just how often we put our own well-being on the back burner. As a mom, I saw firsthand how easy it is to give everything to others and leave very little for yourself.
That’s why I started WeVolv — not just as a wellness brand, but as a movement to help people reclaim their energy, their health, and their joy. For me, it’s not about chasing perfection or fitting into a box — it’s about evolving into the best version of yourself, one good choice at a time.
I believe wellness should feel like a lifestyle you want to live — not a punishment or a passing phase. And I’m here to help others find that balance, just like I’ve been working to find it for myself. -

I’m Christy — a wife, proud mom of two, and a retired air traffic controller. After years in a high-stress career, I’ve learned the value of balance, intention, and self-care. These days, you’ll often find me with a good book in one hand and a crafting or quilting project in the other — creativity is my happy place! -
