What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I'm from Manipur, in Northeast India, where talent has never been the bottleneck — access is. I've watched creators and small business owners here build real audiences and still fail to earn from them, because every tool assumed a Western market, Western payment rails, and Western price points. About me
Founder and CEO of Kanglei Sannathong Private Limited, based in Imphal, Manipur. I build Monetive, a creator monetization platform for coaches, consultants, and content creators. Before building software full-time I worked as an Instagram marketing coach, running high-ticket coaching programs and training creators on turning content into clients — that's still how I think about product: distribution first, features second. Manipur's first SuperProfile partner and an Aditya Birla Capital digital partner. I work at the intersection of the creator economy and system architecture, and I'm building for a market most SaaS companies overlook -
