Courtney Weidner is the founder of Aligned & Alive, a coaching business dedicated to helping people discover their self-love and unlock what makes them come alive. She’s also the creator of The ALIVE Revolution, a 6-week coaching program and growing movement of individuals committed to authentic self-expression and living in full alignment. After 27+ years in insurance and nearly two decades as a business owner, Courtney realized her purpose was far greater than her profession. In 2024, she began shifting her life toward what she wanted most—a business rooted in her deepest values. With a gift for building community and holding space for growth, she creates environments where people feel safe, seen, and supported. Today, Courtney lives her vision daily—guiding others into clarity, radical self-acceptance, and love.
