This was my first time speaking out loud about something I could feel long before I had language for it.

At Books & Business, I shared a simple truth that had been living in my body: people don’t actually need more information — they need connection. They need to find each other. They need spaces where they can be fully human, seen, and supported while doing meaningful work in the world.

At the time, I didn’t know what that knowing would turn into. I just knew something was missing in the way we gather, network, and build — and that I was here to help create something different.

ALIVE is the living expression of what I was pointing to in that moment.

What began as a feeling and a quiet certainty has become a global ecosystem built around friendship, shared experiences, movement, creativity, and real human connection. ALIVE is where the people I was speaking about that day now find each other — not to perform or hustle, but to do life together and build something real.
