  • Unique Selling Proposition
I take a customized approach with every client. Through a detailed analysis of their situation and goals, we formulate a plan that will generate the best results. I bring a valuable mix of skills to each situation. As a former chemical engineer with management experience, I am effective at analyzing information and working seamlessly with everyone involved in the transaction. My experience as a home renovator and interior designer allows me to look for opportunities to maximize the financial gain for my clients. Most importantly, I am a strong communicator and negotiator. I strive to make the experience a really positive one, where everyone feels supported and good about the final result.
  • About me
I started my professional career as a chemical engineer at 3M Company doing new product development and eventually migrated into managing research and development groups. I retired from 3M after 20 years, took a break, did a whole house renovation and then started my second career in real estate with Edina Realty. I am an empty nester with two sons, three bonus sons and five grandchildren who are all a central part of my life. I am an avid DIYer and researcher of any topic that I or anyone I know has interest in. My partner, Gary, has a century family farm in northern Iowa so I enjoy spending time there as well.
