What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Job Xpress was established with a clear and purposeful vision — to bridge the gap in employment opportunities for the North-Eastern region of India, particularly Manipur. Despite being rich in talent and potential, this region has historically faced a lack of exposure, infrastructure, and access to career avenues when compared to metropolitan cities or larger states across the country. Recognizing this disparity, Job Xpress was launched to serve as a gateway to job opportunities not just within India, but across the global market. Our mission is to empower individuals from the North-East by connecting them with meaningful employment, professional growth, and the wider world of possibilities beyond geographical boundaries. -

With an MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in International Business, I’ve developed a versatile and strategic mindset that helps me connect both local insights and global perspectives.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Marketing at JCRE Group in Imphal, where I’m responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, boost visibility, and strengthen brand equity. I’m passionate about building impactful brands and creating meaningful, audience-focused experiences.
In addition, I lead Job Xpress as Business Head—a platform dedicated to connecting talent from the North-East region of India with opportunities across the country and beyond.
