With over 14 years of experience across media sales, marketing, and advertising, I bring a dynamic and results-driven approach to every role I undertake. With an MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in International Business, I’ve developed a versatile and strategic mindset that helps me connect both local insights and global perspectives.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Marketing at JCRE Group in Imphal, where I’m responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, boost visibility, and strengthen brand equity. I’m passionate about building impactful brands and creating meaningful, audience-focused experiences.
In addition, I lead Job Xpress as Business Head—a platform dedicated to connecting talent from the North-East region of India with opportunities across the country and beyond. At Job Xpress, I’m proud to continue blending traditional, human-centric counseling with modern technology to help individuals discover their strengths and find the right career paths. -
