Nancy Ranta, RN is the founder and CEO of Ranta Transformative Coaching, which is dedicated to providing health and wellness coaching to anyone who is looking to make long lasting changes in their health and well-being so they can prevent or reverse chronic health issues and live a happy and fulfilling life. Her speciality is working with caregivers, to empower them to priortize their self-care without guilt so they can sleep better, and have more time and energy for themselves. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
With over 35 years of experience as a nurse, and most recently 9 years as a geriatric nurse care manager, I have a deep understanding of the challenges caregivers face. Additionally, as the mom of an adult son with autism, I have personal experience with these challenges. I'm very passionate in my belief that when caregivers are healthy and supported, they can provide the best possible care for their loved ones, while also living a happier life with more time and energy for themselves. -

About me
I am originally from upstate NY, but have lived in NC since 1996. I have been happily married to my husband Mark for 31 years, and I am the proud mom of sons who are in their mid-20's and a sweet lab mix named Zoey. -
