What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I became a loan officer because I genuinely love helping people. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and for many, it's a dream they’ve worked incredibly hard for. I know firsthand how much it means to finally own a home, and that’s why I go the extra mile for every client.
After starting on the real estate side of the industry, I realized that my true passion lies in the lending side—where I can help people overcome obstacles, structure creative solutions, and guide them every step of the way. I don’t shy away from the hard deals, because sometimes those are the ones that matter most. Helping someone who thought homeownership wasn’t possible finally get the keys to their home—that’s what drives me every day.

Hi, I’m Katelynn Rendon! I was born in Galveston, Texas, and raised just north in the small town of Santa Fe. I later made my way to Huntsville to attend Sam Houston State University—go Bearkats!
I come from a small, tight-knit family who mean the absolute world to me. When I’m not helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership, you can usually find me enjoying life with my loved ones—whether that’s having a cookout, playing a round of golf, spending time on the boat, or just relaxing with my animals: Sebastian and Meeko (my cats), and Cash and Hank (my pups). They keep life fun and full of love.
