believe that true success comes from genuine relationships and a deep commitment to community. My journey began as a firefighter paramedic, where I learned the critical importance of teamwork, rapid response, and clear communication under pressure. Later, earning a PhD in management enriched my strategic perspective and deepened my understanding of leadership, organizational dynamics, and effective decision-making. I opened my franchise because I wanted to help people, and owning a Network In Action franchise now allows me to integrate these diverse experiences into creating a vibrant, supportive space where local entrepreneurs and business leaders can unite, share insights, and overcome challenges together. I am dedicated to fostering a community built on trust, integrity, and mutual growth, empowering every member to thrive and make a lasting impact." -
About me
With a passion for leadership, connection, and meaningful change, I bring a unique blend of experience in healthcare, emergency services, and business networking. As a Network In Action (NIA) franchise owner, my goal is to help business professionals build strong, results-driven relationships that foster growth, collaboration, and success.
My background includes a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Change Management, with a research focus on employee engagement. I have extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector, along with a career as a firefighter paramedic and educator for EMT and paramedic students. This diverse experience has shaped my ability to lead, connect, and empower others in high-stakes environments.
At NIA, I am committed to providing structured, high-quality networking opportunities that go beyond traditional referral groups. I believe in the power of strong business relationships and leveraging innovative networking strategies to drive real results for entrepreneurs and professionals.
When I’m not facilitating business connections, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Isabella, and my dogs, as well as staying active and starting my days early with a focused morning routine.
