For 28 years I have helped buyers/sellers of real estate to get what they want by understanding their need and requirements. I love what I do helping others grow and expand their businesses through real estate. -

About me
Mostly grew up in Orlando from 1970 to present. I attended Edgewater HS in Orlando. My ability to play baseball got me to Brevard CC and then to the University of Florida where graduated in 1981. I have been in business for 95% of my working career, owned and operated a restoration paint and body shop, then transitioned to the electrical sign manufacturing business. In 1996 I got my real estate license to start my real estate career. I believe I have a good sense of business, which is helpful for those I get involved with in real estate. Looking at their business model(s) to make sure it matches up with what would be the most expensive investment they will ever make, signing leases or purchasing real estate. -

Hobbies and interest
I enjoy playing golf ever since I was 9 years old. Fly remote controlled aircraft (jets). Other interests which has been my greatest joy is a member of the Greater Orlando Winter Park Kiwanis club for over 38 years. I have always felt that we have to give back for what we take! There's always someone or a group of people that have needs that most of us have never experienced.
