About me
With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, I am a seasoned leader dedicated to fostering growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across various industries. My career is distinguished by a strong commitment to creating and executing strategic plans that align with organizational visions, missions, and goals while addressing market needs.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I served as the Sales Executive and Owner of Commercial Sales and Marketing Services, where I led a company providing contract sales and marketing services for over 30 businesses in the Charlotte Metro area. We represented commercial furniture and flooring manufacturers across North and South Carolina, securing and managing significant client accounts and generating over $2 million in revenue. My leadership of a team of eight sales and marketing professionals was characterized by a collaborative, excellence-driven culture that significantly contributed to our clients’ growth.
In addition to my professional achievements, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement and leadership. I have served on multiple non-profit boards, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Mill Elks Lodge. In these roles, I have been instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives that benefit our local community. My credentials also include ordination as a minister, as well as certifications as a property manager and property and casualty adjuster.
I chose to acquire the NIA, Power Team Carolinas franchise because of my belief in the transformative power of strategic networking to drive business growth and build enduring professional relationships. This opportunity aligns with my extensive experience and passion for connecting people, enabling me to create value, support local businesses, and contribute to community success. In my spare time, I enjoy a diverse range of hobbies and interests that keep me engaged and fulfilled. Riding my Harley's is a cherished pastime, and with a 1996 Heritage Soft Tail Classic that holds sentimental value from my dad and a 2014 Ultra Limited, the thrill of the open road is unmatched. Classic cars are another passion of mine, having owned iconic models like a 1970 Mustang Mach 1, a 1969 Dodge Charger 440 RT SE, and a 1975 Chevrolet Mustang. Weightlifting at the gym keeps me active and focused, while my love for music ranges from 80's Hard Rock and Metal to Southern Rock and Classic Country, with concerts by artists like Alice Cooper and Lynyrd Skynyrd being unforgettable experiences. Culinary pursuits are also close to my heart, with a particular fondness for cooking Italian dishes. Traveling opens my mind and broadens my horizons, and my interests in politics and history spark engaging discussions and learning opportunities. Overall, my hobbies and interests form a well-rounded tapestry that adds depth and joy to my life.
