What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My wife got us into this business, and it was pretty challenging to land on it. She wanted to start a business that met some very specific criteria that we came up with as a family. We wanted the business to be built around a required service that the small business community needs, and we wanted to be able to support the growth of individuals in the local communities. So we built a business whose only limit is the limit its employees put on it.

As any business will tell you, there are not many actual days off, and to be honest, I like that. Work-life balance is really important, so I like to fill my day with things I love and that also help me grow. I like to bike, I spend my time on either a mountain bike in the trails or a beach cruiser riding around the neighborhood. I like to work out, I dedicate time every day to be in the gym lifting weights and getting some steps in. I like to read, so I have time dedicated every day to reading new self-help books. I am becoming more interested in golf and recently started spending more time going to driving ranges. Most of my time when I am not working, though, is dedicated to being with my favorite people. My family. Staying home, traveling, working outside together, playing games, cleaning, you name it, we do it!
