My parents bought a Florist in Nashville in 1976. The Staff at the time told me to go to any Floral Accounting School and Floral Design School that I wanted to attend. They said there is good information to learn however, they said 'They would teach me Everything I would need to know about the Floral Business.' I also learned about (what I call. Grass Roots Marketing. Knocking on a Business' door and Introducing myself and asking, "What can I do to Earn your Floral Business"?
Being introduced to an Office Mgr or Human Resource Personnel who are responsible for Floral Orders.
Then me being able to build a trustworthy relationship with them and knowing they are comfortable with my Personal Customer Care.
