  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
    I am a proud "Dirt Lawyer". A day is never the same. Many litigating attorneys do not think that dirt lawyers practice law because we do not spend our days in the Courthouse. But, I disagree. We probably practice more law everyday because every closing and title issue is different. There are no "cookie-cutter" closings.

    I am an attorney and state manager for Millennial Title. Millennial Title is licensed and over 25 states and can close in all 50. I have over 34 years of experience in the title industry. I started title searching in 1987 for Lawyers Title, one of the industry's largest insurers. Since that time, I have performed every aspect in the closing process. Also, I have taught real estate law at several local colleges and paralegal schools. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Belmont University and J.D. from the Nashville School of Law. My law practice includes: Estate Planning; Wills; Trusts; Probate; Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Business Law. I am a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. I was the President of the Tennessee Land Title Association for 2017-2018.
