About me
I've lived in Overland Park for the past 20 years and have been selling real estate since early 2011. I started at the bottom of a huge buyers market and have seen the industry revitalize into a robust seller's market! I have been in Sales for over 20 years and negotiated many deals.
I've been married for 36 years to Lisa Hulme and I have 3 children, and 4 grandchildren. I belong to Church of the Harvest in Olathe KS. I enjoy spending time with my family, riding my motorcycle, and most sports. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I love to help people! Finding or Selling a home is an emotional process for most people. Love to help people walk through this process, counseling, coaching and teaching them all along the way. First-time home buyers are probably my favorite clients, because they are so teachable. I also like working with seniors, helping them through the transition of downsizing and finding their next new home. -
