I'm the founder of People Solutions Hub, a Fractional HR and consulting firm that helps small and growing businesses build stronger teams, develop confident leaders, and navigate the people side of running a business.
We partner with business owners who need experienced HR leadership and support without the commitment or cost of a full-time HR professional. Whether through ongoing Fractional HR partnerships, project-based support, or HR risk assessments, we provide practical, flexible solutions tailored to each business.
I believe HR should be more than policies, paperwork, and compliance. It should help business owners make better decisions, strengthen their teams, and create a foundation for sustainable growth.
I enjoy building relationships with other business professionals, learning about their businesses, and finding ways to connect people with I believe people are at the heart of every successful business, and that business owners shouldn't have to navigate the challenges of managing people alone.

What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My "why" is helping business owners build companies where both the business and its people can thrive. I've seen how the right HR guidance, strong leadership, and thoughtful people practices can make a real difference, not only in business results but in the everyday experiences of employees and leaders.
I started People Solutions Hub because I wanted to make experienced HR leadership accessible to small and growing businesses that may not have the resources or need for a full-time HR professional.
What drives me is knowing that the work we do helps business owners feel more confident, leaders become more effective, and employees have a better experience at work. When we get the people side of business right, everyone benefits. -
