I grew up on the Monterey Peninsula in California and attended California State University, Monterey Bay, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and played on the baseball team. As a college athlete, you learn a lot about teamwork, leadership and work ethic, but as a baseball player, you often learn more from failure than from success. That experience has shaped how I operate to this day.
My wife and I moved to Grants Pass in 2013, and in 2015 I found my way into real estate working with Nancy Venuti. Nancy taught me a lot about the industry, but more than that, she showed me the importance of attention to detail and what it means to be a true real estate professional.
In 2023, I chased a lifelong dream of becoming a law enforcement officer and joined the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, where I served for the next three years. That job taught me a lot about sacrifice and how to perform under pressure. This past June, I made the difficult decision to step away so I could be more present for my family. Returning to real estate lets me keep helping people while being there for the moments that matter at home.
These days, I’m a real estate broker with the Bifano Home Team at REMAX Integrity, and I’ve been licensed for more than 11 years. Most of my business has always come from the people I know and the people they send my way.
My greatest passion is watching other people succeed, whether I’ve helped them, coached them, or just cheered them on from the sidelines. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories and learning what makes them tick, and then connecting them with other great people. That’s a big part of why I started the Hometown Hustle Podcast, where I sit down with local business owners and community leaders to share their stories. If someone in this group needs something, there’s a good chance I know who to call.
Most importantly, I’m a husband and a dad of three, and my family is the reason I do what I do.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do real estate because it lets me build a life around what matters most. It gives me the flexibility to be present for my wife and kids and the ability to provide well for them. It also lets me do what I love every day: meeting new people, hearing their stories and helping them reach some of the biggest goals and dreams of their lives. Few careers let you serve your family and your community at the same time. Real estate does.
Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I’d like to be introduced as a husband, a dad of three, and someone who cares deeply about our community. I’m a real estate broker who has been licensed for more than 11 years, with a background in law enforcement and a relentless focus on providing value, earning trust, and delivering an uncommon level of service. I’d also love to be described as a straight shooter, someone who tells people what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear, and always follows through.
Unique Selling Proposition
I’m a Grants Pass real estate broker with more than 11 years of experience, over 200 homes sold, and a background in law enforcement, and that combination shapes everything about how I work. Three years with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office taught me that clear communication, accountability and staying calm under pressure aren’t optional. I bring that same standard to every transaction. I’ll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear, and I’ll follow through on every commitment.
I’m also deeply rooted in this community. Through the Hometown Hustle Podcast and years of doing business here, I know the people who make Grants Pass work: the lenders, contractors, inspectors and business owners my clients count on. Whether you’re buying or selling, in town or out in the county, you get an uncommon level of service, honest guidance, and a connected local partner who treats your goals like they matter, because they do.
Hobbies and interest
I love to travel with my family, and some of my favorite memories are from exploring new places with them. I’m also a big foodie. I love to cook and to try great food wherever I go. Staying active matters to me, so I work out regularly. I also like working in my yard and doing projects around the house. And I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy firearms and time at the range.
