My name is Jackson Mclain. I have worked for Twin Cities Auto Glass for about 10 years, on and off. I started out as a tech in the summers while I wasn't in school. I recently made the transition to sales. Prior to this I played college baseball at William Penn University for four years. After college I got my insurance licenses and worked at Allstate for a little over a year before coming back to Twin Cities Auto Glass.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I truly enjoy building genuine relationships, helping businesses succeed and becoming someone people can count on. Things that keep me going everyday are connecting with people, finding solutions to their needs and building long term relationships. I believe business is built on trust, consistency and taking care of people. I want to be the person people think of when they need help or know of someone that needs it.
Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I would appreciate an introduction that connects me with dealership decision makers, insurance agents or businesses that manage company vehicles. A simple intro explaining that I work for Twin Cities Auto Glass and help businesses with their auto glass needs is perfect. The ideal intro would highlight that I'm looking to connect, learn more about their business and see how we might be able to work together. I focus on building relationships, setting up accounts and creating solutions that make the auto glass process as easy and convenient as possible.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
" Who do you currently use for your auto glass repair and replacement needs?"
"Do you know someone who manages a car dealership, works in insurance or overseas a fleet of company vehicles?"
"If someone you know needed a windshield repaired or replaced, would you be open to connecting them with a local auto glass company?"
Hobbies and interest
I love to fish, golf, hang out on the lake with friends and family, go to sporting events or even just watch a local restaurant. Recently I got into playing slow pitch softball. Fun fact, I made team Minnesota this year and will be traveling down to Florida to represent MN in the Challenge Cup. In the winter I enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling and snowboarding.
