I support my clients to make decisions about their estate planning that ensures they will have a plan that works when their family needs it most. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I have seen both in my legal practice and in my own life how difficult it can be for families to care for their loved ones' affairs when their loved ones become incapacitated or die. It is a tremendous honor to be able to help my clients plan for these life events so they can live their lives more fully, knowing their families will have what they need to feel supported. -

I don't just sell a set of documents. I get to know my clients' unique family and financial situation as well as their goals and priorities and counsel them to prepare a plan that aligns with their particular needs. I provide a comprehensive service that includes not just the documents, but counseling and support to ensure their plan will work when it's needed most. -
About me
After practicing litigation, Medicaid law and health law for over 30 years in large law firms and government and corporate legal departments, I decided to start my estate planning law firm in 2025. I was born and have lived in Minnesota most of my life. For much of my childhood I lived in the Fargo-Moorhead area, and following my undergraduate education I spent several years in Tucson, Arizona, where I went to law school and where I met my husband, Steve, who is now a retired contractor. -

Hobbies and interest
I enjoy daily hikes through Theodore Wirth Park with my husband and our English Setter, Arlo. We are active Loppet supporters and Loppet Ski Club members. We both love music - both playing and listening - and we also love traveling and spending time with friends and family. I volunteer at the Division of Indian Work in Minneapolis.
