  • Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I’d like to be introduced as Brittany Krippner, LPC, LPCC, a licensed therapist, business owner, and founder of The Capacity Method, where I help high-performing professionals prevent burnout, regulate their nervous systems, and build the capacity to thrive personally and professionally.
  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My “why” is helping people heal, grow, and create lives that feel as good internally as they may look externally. As a therapist, I specialize in trauma-informed care and Polyvagal Theory, which focuses on understanding how the nervous system responds to stress, safety, and connection—and how those responses influence our emotions, behaviors, relationships, and overall well-being. I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves on a deeper level, heal from past experiences, strengthen their self-worth, and build healthier relationships. Through both my therapy work and The Capacity Method, my goal is to help people move beyond simply surviving or pushing through life and develop the capacity to feel more regulated, connected, resilient, and fulfilled.
  • Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
Here are three questions that naturally open the door for a referral to either your therapy work or The Capacity Method:

    1. “Do you feel like stress, anxiety, or overwhelm is affecting your ability to show up the way you want to in your work, relationships, or personal life?”

    2. “Do you find yourself knowing what you *should* do to feel better, but still struggling to actually slow down, regulate, or change the pattern?”*

    3. “Would you be interested in learning how your nervous system may be contributing to burnout, anxiety, relationship patterns, or feeling constantly ‘on’—and learning practical ways to change those patterns?”
