In Infrastructure, the company provides end-to-end Solar Energy and Elevator Technology solutions, as well as renovation, refurbishment and rebuilding services for homes, apartments, townships, resorts, IT parks and factories. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My “why” is to create lasting value by helping organizations grow sustainably while contributing to the development of people and communities. I am driven by the opportunity to use my experience in business strategy, corporate governance and operational improvement to make businesses more efficient, profitable and dependable. At the same time, I am passionate about supporting India’s transition toward green energy and creating job-oriented learning opportunities for the next generation. Ultimately, I want to build a reputation for being a dependable and reliable partner who makes a meaningful, long-term impact in the Education and Infrastructure sectors. -

About me
I am a business strategist, turnaround specialist and entrepreneur with over 38 years of experience across the automotive and engineering sectors in India and international markets, including SAARC, GCC and MENA. During my corporate career with leading business groups such as Murugappa, VST and Suhail Bahwan, I focused on improving profitability, operational excellence, cost management and business transformation.
My academic journey includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from RV College of Engineering, an MBA from the UK, leadership certifications from IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore, and a Master of Business Law from the National Law School, Bangalore.
Today, as Co-founder and Director of Megha Business Solutions and an Independent Director on corporate boards, I advise organizations on corporate governance, cost optimization and business improvement. I am also passionate about promoting green energy and creating job-oriented learning opportunities for the next generation. My goal is to be a dependable and reliable partner who creates meaningful, long-term value for businesses and society.
