About me
I’m a Fractional CMO and founder of Lost My Boots, where I help businesses figure out why their marketing isn’t bringing in clients and help you fix it. I look at your messaging, offers, content, systems, and how everything connects, then help you align with where you’re going and what your business can realistically sustain.
Before starting my firm in 2024, I spent over 15 years in marketing across healthcare, financial services, B2B, and retail. I’ve built departments from the ground up, scaled a medical practice from 8 to 20 clinics, helped turn around a nonprofit on the edge of bankruptcy, promoted sold-out conferences nationwide, and worked with major retailers like Costco, Kroger, TJ Maxx, and Whole Foods. I’ve led teams, strategy, budgets, and large-scale initiatives, but what matters most is that I know how to quickly see what’s not working and guide it in a direction that actually performs.
My work now is more focused, but the goal hasn’t changed. I help business owners fix what’s not landing and build marketing that reflects the level they’re operating at, so the business and the marketing are finally working together instead of pulling in different directions.
I’ve lived in the Rogue Valley on and off since 2005, and it’s home. My husband, our two dogs, and I live on a 20-acre homestead in Talent, Oregon. I spend my time gardening, traveling, leading Rogue Valley Women in Business, and going down rabbit holes on neuroplasticity and business.
I believe in the ripple effect. One connection or shift can change the trajectory of a business and everything connected to it. That’s work worth doing. -
