Prioritas is built around that: an HR manager, payroll administrator, and HR director who each bring 30 to 40 years of experience, backed by a company that's been doing this since 1998.
What I bring to it is that I've been on the other side of the table. My first experience with this company was as a customer, at a small business that didn't have benefits figured out yet. I know what it feels like to be the employee in that situation and what changes when an owner finally sorts it out. That's the conversation I try to have with owners, not a pitch for the biggest package. -
About me
I grew up in Woodridge, Illinois, and graduated from Augustana College in 2017. Before Prioritas, I spent close to a decade in commercial office furniture, working markets in DC, Chicago, and eventually Nashville, where I moved in 2024 knowing no one and built my network from scratch through groups like the Nashville Chamber and CRE615.
My first real exposure to Prioritas came while I was still in furniture. The company I worked for was a young manufacturer that hadn't sorted out benefits yet. I made an introduction, they became a client, and I got to see the whole thing play out as one of their employees. I joined the business in 2025 through a longtime mentor. My dad started the company, and I now handle business development, which means I'm usually the first person a prospective client talks to.
Outside of work I enjoy hanging with my dog, Axel, playing guitar, staying active, and running a small laser engraving side project called Smoke & Paper. -
