What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My "why" is simple: I've spent my career solving supply chain puzzles for other people's companies, and I wanted to see what I could build when the puzzle was mine to own. Founding PR&R Exim isn't just a business decision — it's me betting on myself after two decades of betting on other organizations. Every shipment that goes out is proof that the bet is paying off and there is still a long road ahead. -

I'd like to be introduced as: Srini, founder of PR&R Exim — a Hyderabad-based export and Sourcing Partner connecting Indian producers of rice, millets, spices, nutraceuticals, and seafood with buyers in the UAE, Russia, Malaysia, and Australia. Before starting PR&R Exim, I spent 20+ years in global supply chain and program management, including a role as Global Data Program Manager at Dell Technologies.
