I'd like to help businesses of all sizes thrive in their accounting and compliance challenges, particularly in the gov-con space. My entire career has been in government contracting and I know the challenges companies often face when dealing with DCAA audits. Helping small businesses often gives me the greatest joy because I get to see their growth through hard work and perseveration.

About me
I've seen what happens when government contractors lose million-dollar contracts over mistakes that could have been prevented.
For eight years, I conducted federal audits at the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). I knew exactly what triggered investigations, what protected contracts, and what kept executives up at night. Now, I help contractors get it right from the start. As CEO of Tenace, I work with government contractors of all sizes on accounting, payroll services, internal audits, fraud investigations, ethics and compliance assessments, budgeting and pricing, and DCAA audit preparation.
I also speak at industry events and conferences, sharing the knowledge I gained from years of conducting federal audits. I translate complex regulations (FAR, CAS, TINA) into practical strategies that actually work in the real world. Because I've been on both sides of the table, I know what auditors look for and how to help contractors protect their contracts and reputations.
