Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I wanted to introduce you to someone I trust and genuinely enjoy working with. This is Grant Shaffer, a financial advisor who brings a little cowboy charm to the world of financial clarity. He’s great at helping folks get their financial life organized, steady, and pointed in the right direction—without any pressure or sales talk. Grant has spent 25 years in the financial world and has a straight‑shooting, easygoing style that makes conversations simple and comfortable. I thought of you because I believe you’d appreciate his approach and the way he breaks things down. I’ll let you two take the reins from here, but I think this could be a really helpful connection.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I genuinely like meeting people and helping them get their financial life steady and pointed in the right direction. I’ve always believed folks deserve someone who listens, shoots straight, and makes money talk feel simple instead of stressful. Helping people go from uncertain to confident is the part that keeps me in the saddle. At the end of the day, I’m here because I care about people, and I like being the steady hand they can count on.

About me
Originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, I now call White Bear Lake home. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me throwing bags in competitive cornhole, exploring new places, or out camping, hunting, or fishing whenever I can. Most importantly, I’m a proud father of two, and the values I live by — integrity, loyalty, and showing up when it counts — are the same values I bring into every client relationship. I try to keep things steady, approachable, and down‑to‑earth, whether I’m helping someone sort out their finances or just being a good neighbor.
I’m someone who feels most at home in the great outdoors—whether I’m hunting, fishing, or just soaking in a quiet sunrise. I love a good game of cornhole, a long ride in my Slingshot with the wind in my face, and any excuse to get outside and enjoy the day. Life’s too short not to chase fresh air, good company, and a little adventure, and I try to live that out every chance I get.
