Connor Jones, Wealth Advisor with Prosperwell Financial -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Since a young age, I’ve always been driven by a desire to help people. Throughout school, I was constantly searching for a path that would allow me to do that every day. That passion really came into focus during my final years of college when I interned with a group of financial advisors in Lino Lakes.
I quickly realized how much opportunity there is to make a meaningful impact through financial guidance—because there’s so much knowledge people simply aren’t exposed to.
That’s what I love about what we do at Prosperwell. We don’t just build financial plans—we walk alongside our clients, adapting as their lives evolve, and helping them turn their goals into reality. For me, it’s about more than finances—it’s about giving people clarity, confidence, and a path forward. -

About me
Connor grew up in Shoreview, MN attending Mounds View High School. After high school, he attended the University of North Dakota where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. Following college, Connor obtained his Series 7 and 66 licenses after finding his passion of helping people with their financial goals.
Connor currently resides in Richfield, MN with his wife Sara, daughter Olivia, and dog Beau. Sara recently accepted a fellowship at the University of Minnesota that brought them back home from Kansas City. After a 3-year stint of working remote, Connor is very happy to be back in the office and meeting face to face with clients again.
Connor joined the Prosperwell Team in 2019 after a two year stint with Thrivent Financial, where he is a Wealth Advisor. He loves to help people. He loves to take the difficult topic of money and give actionable and real life examples and tools to help clients work to achieve financial success. Connor's primary focus is on assisting our clients through outreach, interaction, financial planning and investing. His goal is to help clients reach their goals, dreams, and aspirations.
In his free time you can be sure to find Connor at a sporting event (GO VIKES, season ticket holder) or on the lake with his family and friends. -
