As a certified hypnotherapist, massage therapist, & energy alchemist, Chelsie blends evidence-based modalities with intuitive practices to create experiences that support healing, embodiment, & personal transformation. Her work is rooted in the belief that true wealth is not measured by what we possess, but by the peace, presence, & fulfillment we cultivate within ourselves.
Through Rich & Grounded, she is devoted to creating spaces where individuals can slow down, nourish their well-being, & discover that being rich was never about becoming someone else—it was always about remembering who they have been all along. -

Chelsie Chiplin is the co-founder and visionary behind Rich & Grounded, a wellness destination designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate a life that feels abundant from the inside out.
With a background in hypnotherapy, Reiki, massage therapy, and energy-based practices, Chelsie curates experiences that support healing, embodiment, and personal transformation. Her work is rooted in the belief that true wealth is not measured by what we possess, but by the peace, presence, and fulfillment we cultivate within ourselves.
Through Rich & Grounded, she has brought together a unique collection of offerings, including the Harmonic Egg®, an elixir bar serving ceremonial cacao, adaptogenic beverages, and nourishing smoothies, a metaphysical boutique, and private healing rooms that host practitioners offering modalities such as massage, hypnotherapy, Reiki, intuitive readings, and energy work.
