I'd like to introduce you to Tara Nevers with Mortgage Architects.

I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate some of life's biggest decisions.
For over 20 years, my career was built around helping people understand complex information, solve problems, and find solutions. Becoming a mortgage broker allowed me to take those same skills and apply them in a way that directly impacts people's lives.
I know that buying a home, refinancing, renewing a mortgage, or planning for retirement can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make the process less intimidating by providing clear guidance, honest advice, and support every step of the way.
I also have a deep appreciation for rural Alberta and small-town communities. Having lived and worked in these communities for many years, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with homeownership, farming, acreage living, and recreational properties.
At the end of the day, it's not about the mortgage itself. It's about helping people create stability, build wealth, achieve goals, and have someone in their corner they can trust when they need advice. -

Hi, I'm Tara Nevers, Mortgage Broker with Prairie Key Mortgages.
I was born and raised in rural Manitoba and have called Central Alberta home since 2003. I live on a cattle farm near Bentley with my husband and family, so I understand the values of hard work, community, and building something that lasts.
Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent more than 20 years helping people navigate complex systems, solve problems, and make informed decisions. Those experiences taught me the importance of listening, clear communication, and putting people first—skills I now bring to every client relationship.
Whether you're purchasing your first home, renewing your mortgage, refinancing, purchasing a recreational property, investing in real estate, or exploring reverse mortgage options, my goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. I believe clients deserve honest advice, clear explanations, and someone who will take the time to understand their unique situation.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on our cattle farm, supporting local community events, camping, and making memories with family and friends. I'm actively involved in community organizations and enjoy helping bring people together through local events and volunteer initiatives.
