What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
In Manipur, talent is abundant but opportunity often slips away due to a lack of soft skills. Many dreams remain unfulfilled simply because our youth were never equipped with the right required skills. Hence, youths are educated yet unemployed. Also, without confidence and strong communication skills, traditional limitations on women continue to persist. The impact is intergenerational - when women lack soft skills and life skills, it affects children's upbringing, confidence, and future readiness. I believe soft skills aren't just " nice to have" they're life changing as its need of the hour. I've seen how the right guidance in communication, confidence, and mindset can completely transform how an individual see themselves. I want to help people find their voice, own their space, and step into opportunities they truly deserve by filling up these gaps with proper training. -

JOB SEEKERS: If anyone is above 18 years of age, looking for a job in aviation, and hospitality industry, then we help you build your self-confidence, communication skills, interview skills and make you ready for the industry with proper job placement guidance. Many of our students are working in top 5 star hotels, working as cabin crew and ground staff in both domestic and international airlines and living their best life working in cruise ship also. About me
An enthusiastic personality development educator and a motivational and public speaker who had 22 years of working experience . I started my journey at hospitality industry associating with the Oberoi Group followed by flying with kingfisher airlines as cabin crew. Had worked at BPO and Retail industry and came back my hometown Manipur. Step into teaching professions since 2008 and headed a hospitality training institute for 10 years. 2022 i started my own soft skills training institute and the journey is going on... -
