What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I got into this business because I genuinely want to help people. I’ve learned that most people have never met with someone like me, so they don’t always have a clear understanding of where they’re at, what they’re doing, or where they want to go. My goal is to give them the information they need to understand their situation, explore their options, and make confident decisions.
At the end of the day, it’s about relationships, being a resource and helping people feel informed and supported, whether they choose to work with me or not. -

My name is Charlie Soltis, and I’m a financial professional with New York Life. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families better understand their financial situation and feel confident in the decisions they’re making.
I’ve learned that most people have never sat down with someone to really understand where they’re at, what they’re doing, and where they want to go, which can leave them feeling unsure or overwhelmed.
My goal is to be a resource. Someone who simplifies things, explains options clearly, and helps people create a plan that fits their life. At the end of the day, I do this to build real relationships and make a positive impact. -

I love staying active. I play basketball and soccer, and go bowling almost every week. I also coach a middle school basketball team with my family and best friend. When I’m not playing or coaching, I’m usually hanging out with my two dogs, Finney and Louie. Going on walks, running around in the backyard, or just relaxing. I also love to travel, I’ve been to 17 countries and counting.
