About me
I am a Spiritually directed Wellness Coach bridging biomedical science with spiritual wisdom to help individuals, institutions and corporates to unlock their peak human potential. I have earned my PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Calgary, one of Canada’s leading research universities in Medicine and Oncology, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at McGill University. My research spanned domains like diabetes, cancer, nutrition and metabolism.
Under the guidance of accomplished spiritual teachers, I have completed 10,000+ hours of meditation, catalyzing a profound shift in my consciousness. This inner journey reshaped how I understand health as an alignment of body, mind, and consciousness. My yogic journey has been featured in Meditation Magazine (USA), alongside thought leaders such as Dr. Deepak Chopra, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, recognizing the growing convergence of science, mindfulness, and human transformation.
In 2021, during the global pandemic, Bleuauras was found, a cross-cultural health and wellness platform designed to create sustainable, individualized well-being ecosystems.
After spending 15 years in Canada, I relocated to India with my wife to re-establish my scientific work through the lens of Eastern and Western spiritual philosophy deeply influenced by the teachings of Sri Aurobindo, Mikao Usui to name a few.
