Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I’d like to introduce you to Rob Stoppard. Rob works with entrepreneurs and business leaders who want to grow both personally and spiritually in their leadership.
Through Heart-Centered Entrepreneurship, he helps leaders move from pressure-driven leadership to what he calls calm authority—leading from identity in Christ, alignment with God’s wisdom, and a desire to develop others.
Rob facilitates leadership cohorts and works directly with entrepreneurs who want their leadership, business, and faith to align in meaningful ways. I thought the two of you would enjoy connecting.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I believe business leaders carry enormous influence in the world. The way a leader thinks, makes decisions, and treats people shapes the culture of their organizations and the lives of those they lead.
My passion is helping entrepreneurs discover how to lead from their identity in Christ and alignment with God’s wisdom rather than from pressure, performance, or fear. When leaders experience that transformation internally, it changes how they lead their teams, build their companies, and influence the world around them.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Do you ever feel like the pressure of leadership makes it difficult to lead with clarity and peace?
2. Have you ever wished you had a trusted group of other business leaders to process leadership decisions with?
Are you interested in growing as a leader in a way that integrates your faith and your business leadership?

About me
I’ve always loved being outdoors. Give me mountains, a quiet trail, a fishing rod, or a walk along the beach and I’m a happy man. Those moments in nature remind me to slow down, listen, and pay attention to what really matters in life and leadership.
My faith in God is central to who I am. Over the years I’ve experienced His very real and interactive involvement in my life, my family, and in the lives of the leaders I work with. I’ve learned that leadership doesn’t have to be driven by pressure or performance. When leaders learn to walk with God and align their decisions with His wisdom, something powerful happens both personally and professionally.
I’m married to a wonderful wife, and we have two adult sons and one granddaughter who bring tremendous joy to our lives.
Through Heart-Centered Entrepreneurship, I now spend my time working with entrepreneurs and business leaders who want their leadership, faith, and influence to come together in meaningful ways. My passion is helping leaders discover what I call the Heart-Centered Way—learning to build calm authority, lead with heart, and multiply their influence through the people and organizations they steward.
At the end of the day, I love meaningful conversations with leaders who care deeply about their teams, their culture, and the long-term impact of their work.
