Kim has served as a Co-Branch Manager and Loan Officer with Fairway Mortgage since August 2021. Drawing on her background as a leader in the nonprofit sector, she brings a strong commitment to care, guidance, and personalized support throughout each home financing transaction. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a master’s degree in International Business from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I believe homeownership is one of the best opportunities to build generational wealth and create long-term financial stability. I take great pride in helping individuals navigate one of the biggest commitments they will ever make. My goal is to make the home financing process as smooth, clear, and supportive as possible.
Our team prides itself on being personable, knowledgeable, accessible, and reliable, ensuring that every client feels confident and well cared for throughout the process. I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and am passionate about helping remove common barriers to homeownership so more individuals and families can achieve their goals. -

Kim prides herself on advocating for her community, clients, and employees, and believes that giving back is a crucial part of her business model. She is actively involved in several local organizations, including the Mendota Heights Community Foundation, the South Robert Street Business Association, the Two Rivers Dance Team Board, and the Friendly Hills PTA.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and taking advantage of the outdoors whenever she can. -
