What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do this because I lived the chaos of an owner-dependent business—long hours, constant pressure, and the feeling that everything broke the moment I stepped away. After I put real systems in place, I found freedom and balance: I could be a present husband and father, still be a successful entrepreneur, take a vacation, or even a sick day without the business falling apart. Service Catalyst exists to help other service owners experience that same shift—building businesses that support their lives instead of consuming them. -

About me
I am a service-business owner and operator who has built, led, and exited multiple companies by focusing on systems, people, and disciplined execution. From ages 21 to 27, I bought or founded five business and from zero to over 100 employees, learning firsthand how quickly growth breaks down without structure. Fast forward 10 years and I have successfully exited all but one. I have had amazing work-life balance taking months and years off in that time to spend with my growing daughter and family. As an owner and leader at Palmer Flowers, succeeding founder Spiro Palmer, I experienced the pressure of high-stakes operations and built the systems required to lead teams, scale responsibly, and ultimately exit—experience he now uses to help other service owners build businesses that work without constant owner involvement. -
